The Telegraph has included the César Manrique Foundation as one of the best small museums in Spain.
The report, by destination expert Annie Bennett includes eight small museums in total which are billed as the ‘finest lower profile museums in Spain’.
Also mentioned in the article is the Balenciaga museum (Getaria), Maritime museum (Santander), Marq Archaeological museum (Alicante), Centro Cultural Bancaja (Valencia), Carmen Thyssen museum (Málaga), Juan March foundation museum (Palma, Majorca) and the Tenerife Espacio de Las Artes (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
Bennett encourages visitors to visit the César Manrique Foundation at the beginning of their holiday in order to “get an idea of what Manrique is all about, as you’ll see his work everywhere as you explore the island.”
